If your looking for a entry level, semi-automatic stretch wrapper the 77204 series is the answer.  With this easy to operate machine you load the 48” variable speed turntable, attach the wrap to the load, hit the switch and walk away.  The carriage raises and wraps the load until the photo electric eye senses the top of the load. When the top of the load is sensed a preset number of wraps are applied.  After the number of wraps the film carriage then reverses itself and continues to wrap the load as it lowers.  When it reaches the bottom, the turntable stops in the same position that it started for easy unloading.  These machines with their 30%-150% Quick-load film dispenser will save material, increase worker productivity and offer the best value for a semi-automatic wrapper in todays market.

Model: 77203-LPAW

When it comes to an economical wrapping application the 77203-LPAW is hard to match.  These stretch wrap machines come equipped with a variable speed film carriage to move the Quick-Load film dispenser up and down.  Just preset the film carriage’s vertical speed on the control board and adjust the manual brake for film tension.  Then, load the 48" turntable and attach the film.  While the load turns you control the up and down movement of the dispenser and the turntable rotation with the pendant control.  Increase productivity, economize film usage, and have tighter load security.

If you’re wrapping pallets on an infrequent basis and want to increase worker productivity consider the heavy-duty 77201-LPV.  With the soft start and stop loads will not shift or jerk and the speed can be adjusted for lighter loads.  Just load the 58” round turntable, attach the film, set the turntable speed, press the footswitch and wrap the pallet as it turns. The easy access control panel allows the operator to adjust the speed as the load rotates.  Our 77201-LPV is a rugged machine that is simple to operate and will eliminate dizziness from walking in circles.

The LP2020UTS is NitechIPMs flagship stretch wrapper.  The 2020 has 7" color touch screen up to 10 modifiable programs, and automatic load detection.  Fits either to 20" power pre-stretch or the 30" Unitension System (UTS).

The fixed ratio UTS power pre-stretch system is available with constant tension spring dancer and has incorporated a quick-threading cage. Simply open the cage, pull the film across the front of the unit and close the cage. The film is automatically threaded around the urethane stretch rollers, idler rollers and dancer. A plexiglass safety shield protects the operator from rotating rollers. Stretch ratios of 200%, 225%, 250% and 300% are available with the UTS film delivery.
