The NITECH 77204-LPPS-60 is our most popular Low Profile model. It is designed for operations that want the convenience of semi-automatic wrapping while reducing film usage. With a powered pre-stretch system and low-profile turntable, it combines efficient film delivery with easy pallet jack loading.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, sensing the top with a photo eye before applying preset top wraps. The carriage then reverses direction and continues wrapping as it lowers, stopping in the same position for easy unloading.
The powered pre-stretch system extends the film before application, allowing more coverage from each roll while maintaining consistent load containment. This helps reduce material usage while improving wrapping efficiency across each load.
