The NITECH 77205D-LPPS is designed for operations that need high-capacity, semi automatic wrapping with reduced film usage. Built on a heavier-duty platform and equipped with a powered pre-stretch system, it combines strong load handling with efficient film application.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, sensing the top with a photo eye before applying preset top wraps. The carriage then reverses direction and continues wrapping as it lowers, stopping in the same position for easy unloading.
The powered pre-stretch system extends the film before application, allowing more yield from each roll while maintaining consistent load containment. This helps reduce film consumption while supporting higher-volume and more demanding wrapping applications.
