The NITECH 77203-LPAW-60 is designed for operations that need hands-on wrapping with the added benefit of low-profile loading. Using a Quick-Load film dispenser and pendant control, it allows the operator to manage the wrap process while loading pallets with a pallet jack. Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, and begin wrapping. As the load rotates, the operator controls both the turntable and the up and down movement of the film carriage using the pendant, adjusting film tension and coverage as needed.
This combination of direct control and easy loading makes it a practical solution for low-volume applications, light loads, or loads that require individual attention during the wrap process.
Operators now remain stationary while the load rotates, simplifying the wrapping process while reducing worker fatigue and improving overall efficiency.
