The NITECH PT2020 UTS is the flagship high-profile stretch wrapper, built for operations that require full control over the wrapping process and maximum throughput. Using the Uni-Tension System (UTS), it maintains consistent film tension throughout the entire wrap cycle while allowing precise control over how each load is wrapped.
Load the turntable with a forklift, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load while controlling film tension, overlap, and wrap sequence based on programmed settings. The carriage travels up the load, applies preset wraps, then reverses and completes the cycle before stopping in position for unloading.
This level of control allows operators to standardize wrapping across different load types, reduce variation, and fine-tune performance for demanding, high-volume applications where consistency and repeatability are critical.
