The NITECH 772020D is designed for operations that need consistent, repeatable wrapping with more control over film delivery. Built on a high-profile platform with brake motor powered stretch film delivery, it provides automatic wrap cycles and adjustable film tension for a wide range of load types.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select one of the programmed wrap sequences, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, senses the top with the photo eye, applies the programmed wraps, then reverses direction and completes the cycle before stopping in position for easy unloading.
This combination of automatic cycling and controlled film payout helps improve load-to-load consistency while giving the operator more control over film tension and wrap performance than basic manual systems.
Brake motor film delivery maintains adjustable, repeatable film tension throughout the wrap cycle.
Once the cycle is started, the machine wraps automatically, senses the top of the load, and returns to the starting position for easy unloading.
Programmed wrap sequences and controlled film payout help reduce variation between loads and improve containment.
