The NITECH 772020D-PS is designed for operations that need consistent, semi-automatic wrapping with reduced film usage and increased load coverage. Built on the 2020 platform and equipped with a powered pre-stretch system, it extends film before application to improve efficiency while maintaining reliable load containment.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, senses the top with the photo eye, applies preset wraps, then reverses and completes the cycle before stopping in position for easy unloading.
The powered pre-stretch system increases film yield per rotation, allowing less film to unitize the load. This helps reduce material usage while improving cycle efficiency across each load.

Wider film capability and increased coverage per rotation reduce the number of revolutions needed to wrap each pallet.
