The NITECH 77205D-PS is designed for operations that need consistent, repeatable wrapping with reduced film usage. Built on the D-series platform, it provides semi – automatic wrap cycles with the added benefit of power pre-stretch film delivery.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, sensing the top with a photo eye before applying preset top wraps. The carriage then reverses direction and continues wrapping as it lowers, stopping in the same position for easy unloading.
The powered pre-stretch system extends the film before application, allowing more coverage from each roll while maintaining tight, consistent load containment. This helps reduce material usage while delivering reliable results across each load.
