The NITECH 77204D-LP-60 is designed for operations that need consistent, repeatable wrapping with the added convenience of low-profile loading. Using a brake motor film delivery system and automatic wrap cycles, it reduces the need for manual control during the wrapping process.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, select a program, and press start. The machine automatically wraps the load as the carriage travels upward, sensing the top with a photo eye before applying preset top wraps. The carriage then reverses direction and continues wrapping as it lowers, stopping in the same position for easy unloading.
This automated cycle helps improve consistency from load to load while maintaining reliable film tension and containment across a range of pallet types.
Once started, the machine completes the wrap cycle automatically without operator involvement.
