The NITECH 77205-V is designed for operations that want more flexibility in manual wrapping. Using a Quick-Load film dispenser with adjustable settings, it allows the operator to control both film tension and wrap speed based on the load.
Load the turntable, attach the film to the pallet, set the turntable and carriage speeds, and begin wrapping. While the load rotates, the operator controls the up and down movement of the film carriage, adjusting tension as needed to match the load.
This hands-on control provides the ability to fine-tune each wrap, making it a practical solution for operations handling varying pallet sizes and load types.
