With domestic components, U.S. manufacturing, and long-term serviceability in mind, we offer straightforward protection that’s easy to understand and easy to stand behind.
- 4 Year Warranty on All Components
Nitech stretch wrappers come standard with 4 years of coverage on all core components—including motors, sensors, electronics, and mechanical assemblies. This warranty applies to both in-house and approved vendor-supplied parts. It’s one of the more generous coverage periods in the industry, giving operators longer peace of mind and fewer surprise costs over time.
- 5 Year Structural Warranty
Our welded base, tower, and turntable assemblies are covered for 5 years against structural defects. These steel components form the foundation of every wrapper we build, and they’re fabricated and assembled at our U.S. facility to meet long-term industrial demands. Components attached to these structures (such as bearings or drive systems) are still covered under the standard 4-year warranty.
- 4 Year Motor & Gearbox Coverage
Motors and gearboxes are among the most critical and expensive parts of a stretch wrapper. That’s why we provide full 4-year coverage on these assemblies as well. Our process includes pre-authorization, streamlined return shipping, and proper diagnostics to determine warranty eligibility—no guesswork, no delays.
Built in Nebraska using domestic components, our machines are easier to support, service, and maintain—giving you faster parts access and more consistent performance over time.
