Nitech IPM Warranty

Nitech IPM warrants of all products and parts against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (4) years from date of shipment when given normal and proper usage as determined by Nitech IPM upon examination, and when owned by the original user. Components purchased by Nitech IPM as complete units and used as an integral part of Nitech IPM’S equipment will be covered by the 4-year warranty. Nitech IPM will repair or replace (F.O.B. original shipping point but not install) any part or parts of its manufacture which in its judgment, shall disclose defects in either material or workmanship. If requested by Nitech IPM, parts for which a warranty claim is made are to be returned transportation prepaid by Nitech IPM.
- Four Year Motor & Gearbox Warranty
Your Nitech IPM motor and gearbox are warranted 100% should they fail due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of (4) years from the date of shipment, when given normal and proper usage as determined by the seller upon examination, and when owned by the original user. This warranty becomes void if the article claimed to be defective has been repaired or altered in any way, or if the unit has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or when the instructions for installing or operating have been disregarded. In regards to repair of warranted components, no component shall be repaired or warranted until authorization has been received from Nitech IPM. After authorization has been given and a purchase order issued the component will be shipped UPS ground. If the end user or seller requires that the part be shipped other than ground service the freight charge will be their responsibility. A call tag will be sent to the seller or end user so the component is returned to Nitech IPM free of charge to the seller or end user. In the case that the component is not returned to Nitech IPM within 30 days the seller or end user will be charged for the component. Upon receiving the component Nitech IPM will test the component for malfunctions or design issues and determine reason for failure or malfunction. After the component has been tested a statement will be issued explaining if the component will be covered under warranty.
WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND MAKE NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE HEREOF. NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THIS WARRANTY. THE REMEDIES HEREIN ABOVE AFFORDED TO THE ORIGINAL USER ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES PROVIDED BY LAW. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHERE THE LOSS SUSTAINED IS OF A COMMERCIAL NATURE.44
